Title: Pretty good laptop for the cost
Review: Great laptop. Fast and reliable, no issues. Great for gaming and work as well. Not too heavy and has a sleek, lowkey design which I like. Easy to setup, and easy to just jump right into a game or to do some work.It’s worth the cost, I’d say. Very good and highly recommended.

Title: Improvement from previous laptop and is its kinda customizable.
Review: It works, the ddr5 laptop ram is customizable and the m.2 ssd too, the heatsink is pretty good while playing bf6 at medium settings. To me its a excellent upgrade from my previous laptop.

Title: Broke after a couple uses and tech support has been 0 help
Review: I did extensive research to narrow done a laptop that would suit my needs. I thought I found it with this one. The third time I turned it on it went into a fatal error and perpetually tried to boot up. I called Acer support and they blamed Windows 11 and wanted to send a USB to fix the problem. Apparently there wasn’t a way to restore the laptop to factory settings. A week goes by and I check Acer’s website for an update on my repair status. They can’t find anything with the case number I was given nor by the SNID. I call their 24/7 tech support number and nothing has been sent out. No notices or updates have been sent to me. Instead I’m told I need to call back a third time and hopefully someone will be able to help me during the week.
