Title: Not quite a “gaming” laptop
Review: I question if this laptop should qualify as a “gaming” PC – it feels too slow to possibly handle CPU-intensive calculations. My old Lenovo Ideapad i5 feels more powerful.I jumped at this laptop because of the impending Win10 cut-off; my first Win11 machine.I was puzzled by all the “ACEMAGIC” badges on the laptop, but no mention of “KAIGERR”???When you look at the pics, you can see the ACEMAGIC badging.Although the “manual” is about 1/4″ thick, it’s actually multi-language, so only the first 5 pages are English. The manual is bare-bones and only talk about features, ports, buttons, etc.Don’t expect any troubleshooting help – if you have decent PC experience, this should not be a problem. If you expect extensive tech support, you might want to look elsewhere…Keyboard is not backlit – something I liked about my old Lenovo.A gaming keyboard with no rainbow backlit keys???The charger uses a USB-C plug into the laptop – interesting, so does that mean it charges only at 5V?I’m more used to the Lenovo 19V+ with coaxial plug. The Lenovo put out a little more volume, so I’m disappointed this laptop doesn’t put out that much volume for a gaming rig.I agree that it was refreshing without the bloatware.Word of warning: don’t customize your setting until after the initial barrage of Windows updates. One of the major updates resets your custom settings, so it was a little bit of frustration there. We’re talking mouse size, color, speed and dual monitor set-up…For the price, it’s a bargain for sub US$400.I feel calling this a gaming PC is false advertising – I don’t think it can run big games with efficiency. Most gaming laptops are closer to US$2,000, so it’s obvious from the pricing.Depending on how long Microsoft sits on Win11, I’m most likely going to replace it in a couple years.

Title: Great Workstation Laptop
Review: Great work station PC! I got this laptop to run my CNC routers and laser engravers, along with Fusion 360. Its been working out great and never have i been wishing the laptop was stronger! I wanted to go with a smaller company becasue ive had enough bad run ins with the big companies. I was pleased to see there was no bloatwear on the laptop and you even finish the windows install (just keyboard layout) so i knew it is a fresh install. It also came with a QR code for direct support which is nice so you dont have to be waiting on hold or be in endly queues. It has a nice large screen for splitscreening tasks and even has a full full size keboard with nice button click feel. Just make sure to update windows and its a perfect workstation! The hardwear is as advertised (seen in screenshot)-16 GB RAM-N150 CPU (base 800 mhz but ive seen it pop up over 3.0 GHz)-512GB SSD (476 bc of windows install)

Title: System issues
Review: As an IT person myself, I understand that every type of computer has a system or two that comes out of the box with issues. The return was easy and the team/store was very pilote to work with.
