Review: I purchased this laptop to use for school and work. It’s a pretty good laptop. The only thing I don’t like is that it freezes sometimes. But still good. Getting one for my daughter and son do Christmas.

Title: Good laptop for the money
Review: I like the color and smaller size. I received it in one day. I do miss a lighted keyboard, but I’ll get used to it. The set-up took me a long time; tedious, but that’s probably just me. I thought it came with virus protection, but not sure; ignore the “new McAfee” purchase emails if you already have it on your previous computer. I had to add this laptop by phone since I was getting emails from Dell and McAfee, and I didn’t know which was which. Calling McAfee was more helpful than HP in this regard. This laptop takes longer to boot up than my Dell did. Microsoft 365 is already loaded. All in all, this is a good laptop for the money. It’s all I need for day-to-day emails and such.

Title: Great general use, not for programming
Review: This laptop is super fast and has most of the updated technology. The battery life is great. The reason I bought the laptop was to do R Programming for school. Unfortunately some of the features of Rstudio don’t work with this laptop. If you are looking for a great laptop for general use, this is it! However if you need it for programming, I would recommend a higher quality version.

Review: Be weary of purchase.Like other reviews stated – I thought I was receiving a brand new laptop and received a used laptop.Laptop had old personal files that didn’t get wiped and system logs showed a reset on the laptop back in November. Seller denies this and refuses accountability or correction unless laptop is returned – which I don’t have the luxury of convenience and getting behind on my studies to do so.I wouldn’t be upset if I was under the impression that I was buying a used/refurbished laptop – that is not what was advertised though.Overall – computer is a bit laggy and glitches sometimes. This is only with minimal applications installed such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva. Buy at your own risk & if you want to pay double for a pawn shop laptop.
