Title: No Happy with this purchase from Amazon or the 3rd party company you recommended.
Review: I had asked up front before the purchase if this laptop was capable of support 2x32in ASUS Monitors and your tech team told me to to purchase a doc so i did and it did not work. Then your tech team told me to purchase a different doc and it did not work because an intern took my ticket and gave me the wrong information about the 2nd doc to purchase. SO I have been without my dual monitors for almost a month. Also why is there dual storage on the device but it is not recognized as usable. You just were not very clear on the question and equipment that was needed prior to my purchase which is very upsetting.

Title: Never again from this seller
Review: 1.Per HP, the manufacturer, Based on the serial number the item had been revised by seller to upgrade features and therefore their warranty would not be honored.2. The so called Lifetime Office 365 for the web could not be downloaded. Only got various offers to pay extra.3. Clear DETAILED Instructions were essentially absent – On small piece provided only for initial boot.4. Used PC Mover (recommended by Microsoft) to move files and apps etc from old computer using Windows 10 did not work. New computer refused to take many of my important Apps.5. Conclusion– Very disappointed in sellers claims that proved false or not mentioned. The computer has been returned.

Review: Office 365 does not sell a lifetime license. The version online is free and you must then keep your files on the online onedrive. So, you are listing something that is free. I do not trust anything in this add as a result.

Review: Nice machine. Loads quickly. Meets out needs. Good price. Why they couldn’t put a led on the Num Lock key is beyond understanding. It’s got a separate keypad, but you cannot tell which mode it’s in.
