Title: Great purchase!
Review: So far so good!! I got this and was able to easily set it up with the included directions. Love that MS Office was reinstalled and they gave you guidance on that for set up as well. The quality of the device is great. It has the numeric key pad that I really like having on a laptop key board. For the processing and storage it was a great price too. Super fast even compared to my performance laptop. It is light weight and has a great battery life. I like that it is compatible with all the hardware and software I currently have so I don’t have to buy new items! I do web design, graphic design, have some high 64 bit programs and this can handle them all. Great purchase.

Title: Computer was already turned on in the box!
Review: I’m very skeptical of this computer value and “New” representation as it was already turned on in the box and the “512GB” storage card was open and just tossed in the shipping box. As for its quality, functionality, etc. I’m unsure if it will lacking or not but so far not impressed especially at the price point.

Title: Machine works but took a lot to get it there!
Review: When I got this product, we couldget it to fire up and sign in, then it wouldn’t come back up. We wasted 2 days with this machine, called customer support and wasted another day with them. They finally agreed to allow us to return item and they would fix it. They replaced the ram, motherboard and screen. Why didn’t they just ship me a new one instead of rebuilding the old one. They didn’t even replace battery or power supply. Machine lasts maybe 2 hrs not being plugged in. Very disappointed!!

Title: delivery problems, warranty issues and operational ease
Review: I received this new? Lenova lap top the the 22nd of Jan 25. I was delivered by UPS out side the gate just like the last one. A $600 computer up for the offering to any that passed by…walking or driving because Part of the address showing on Amazons web site is maybe not being transferred to seller along with order that indicates a code to open the gate. The warranty had lapsed over a year ago, 14 months ago Amazon sold this as a new computer with a 1 year warranty. Bad on you Amazon! Now what about issues….. It’s a Lenovo laptop 14 ” that has no on/off switch, comes with no instruction for anything. The set up guild is virtually no existent and i am very concerned the backup transfer ( windows 7 back program used to get to windows 10 and now restore to win11will work). Not sure I like widows 11 yet.What I like about this laptop. My current computer is a very old HP laptop around 20 years and counting. It*s very slow not able to run win 11 and just getting it started and ready for work is a 2-3 minute excursive in futility.The good news is this new one is very very fast (32 mg, 1 TB SSD). Wish I had purchased a 16 or 17 inch model but can live with the smaller keyboard and screen as I use it mostly just for trading. I like the Lenovo brand being an old IBM engineer.
