Title: WORST Laptop I have every owned. I want my money back
Review: I was super excited about getting this laptop, but after 30 days of using it, this is the WORST laptop I have ever owned. DO NOT BUY THIS! The Wi-Fi hardware is terrible and continues to drop the Internet connection, regardless of where I am connected, whether it is at home, at the office, or at a customer’s office. I have updated the BIOS, the hardware drivers and the laptop continues to malfunction. The USB-C connection NEVER works, the hard drive disappears, so the computer will not boot, the wifi hardware continues to fail, the RAM sometimes shows 40 GB of RAM and sometimes only shows it has 16 installed. THIS IS A TOTAL BUST AND NOT WORTH IT. And to add on top of everything else, the customer support is HORRIBLE – they never respond to phone calls or requests.

Title: False Advertising – the manufacturer seal was broken and was not new
Review: The manufacturer seal was broke and the laptop was not new. Further it Didnt work and no plastic cover on screen. Not sure why it had 40gb ram. I’m use to 32 or 64 but tried this out but wouldn’t recommend it.
