Title: Great lap top, read your product descriptions, all of it
Review: So I should really throughly read about the product before I buy it, but thankfully this is one time it worked.Bought this lap top for ny journey into cyber security. And I love it. I can do my school work just fine with it. It surfs the web just fine. But I also have several virtual machines on there along with several IDEs for programing and I swear if this computer can talk it would complain that I am not really forcing to work hard.Only downside is battery life. Mine seems to die rather quickly, but I think that may be more of a me issue than computer issue.

Title: Excellent laptop!
Review: Purchase this for my son starting college who planned to Major in a computer science related major. This laptop was a goodbye when I bought it last August, and had all of the bells and whistles including Microsoft Office which was a pleasant surprise. Two to unforeseen circumstances, the son I bought this for ended up not needing it, so my older son who is in civil engineering took it and loves it. The battery life will last him all day at school, works fast, and large screen size. Highly recommend.

Review: Feels kind of cheaply made, but the specs are great. I won’t be picking it up with 1 hand on the corner, especially when it’s open.Battery life is not as good as expected either.Other than that, it’s a nice machine.

Title: DEFAULT USER LOGIN MISCONCEPTION
Review: Absolutely amazing!!!!! Reviews that said it wouldn’t get out of the ”default user” login, either they received it that way, and the buyer before them tried to do a factory reset and did not let it complete before shutting it off or they tried to do it and did not let it finish. Mine came with the same default user login. I did a factory reset, and it works beautifully!!!! I was able to download my software with no issues. 100/100 recommend! Connectivity was perfect, perfect weight for a laptop. Due to the my laptop came in default user mode, it wasn’t the best ease of use, but once that completed we were good to go. I love my Lenovo laptops!

Title: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY
Review: Purchased on 2/25/2025, used maybe 3 or 4 times since then up until 4/31/2025. Today (5/6/2025) it won’t turn on at all!!!! Laptop will not take a charge, I even tried a separate new charger made to be compatible. Super frustrating as it was purchased for my new job, TODAY was my first day AND IT WONT WORK AT ALL!!!! I wish I would’ve been properly warned. Additionally, I do not recommend purchasing the asurion product warranty, it is not worth the money or the hassle. I spent an assured amount of time trying to file a claim only to be told the product itself comes with a 12 month warranty. This means that I have to go through Lenovo itself to file a claim; a process that has been nothing short of difficult, time consuming, and dissatisfying (I have to send the laptop in and wait 7-10 business days for a response as to whether or not it is repairable). The point being: the product purchased was not what was promised and faulty at best and instead of working with me to find a resolution, I was told there is nothing that the seller can do at all. I’d give 0 stars if I could, the only thing positive about the item is that it looks very nice – touch screen was a nice addition unfortunately none of that matters at this point!! Just don’t buy it!!!!I will be providing continued updates as I navigate this process in order to help any other unfortunate individual like myself.
