Title: Love my new to me laptop
Review: It doesn’t have any speakers. This isn’t really an issue for me as I almost always have my sound turned off unless I am playing a game I want to hear dialog.It isn’t what I think of as a normal laptop. There is no removable battery. Battery life isn’t as long as traditional laptops so just plan on wanting to plug it in for extended use.It is refurbished so the case had a couple blemishes but nothing distracting even with my OCD.Graphics are crisp, runs my MMORPG games with no issues. Can NOT beat the price.Now for the real stuff. I actually purchased two of these, one for me and after my husband saw mine I had to get him one too. TekRefurbsis the company who refurbished both. When my husband got his, the power cord wasn’t charging properly. I contacted them and let them know. They sent a new power cord out two day FedEx immediately. Didn’t have to send the other one back or jump through any hoops, just explained the issue in detail on my first email along with pictures.

Title: It defenetly 5 stars
Review: That realy good laptop. Overal works grate with no issues. Only two conserns were at the begining. First, it came with Windows 10, after activation were some glitches and litle slow works. After update to Windows11 all problem gon and no issues in all. Second, fens were go on high speed, after inspection I found fens were cloget. I did perform cleaning and no mor hihg spead noise.

Title: Junk pc. Name of seller definitely should not be bestcomputers
Review: They don’t refurbish or inspect anything. Wasted $700. Junk computer. Battery can be fully charged, shut down computer fully – in a matter of hours it is completely dead from a full charge. Seller offered me $50 refund “for the inconvenience”
