Title: Best quality on the market for the price
Review: Great laptop for home use. Super fast while watching videos and internet streaming. Keyboard is great, but wished it lit up the keys (maybe I haven’t found the setting). Storage is exceptional and the screen is one of the brightest I’ve seen, clear.

Title: Speakers on the bottom?!
Review: So far it is working ok. My biggest gripe: The speakers are on the bottom of the laptop. This is horrible. In order to me to hear clearly, I have it propped up on a stand and have speakers connected. I did not have high expectations for this laptop.

Title: More than what I expected!
Review: More than what I expected. I needed a laptop asap, so I chose this one because it was under $1,000 and would ship within two days. Didn’t realize all of the gadgets and things that come along with it. Once I get settled after my project, I will make a more detailed review of all of the things that come with it and how it works. For now, it arrived quickly, set up was short and sweet, and it works. Big plus that it is also touch screen!

Title: So far, so good
Review: I have no complaints with this laptop so far. It is working well for my needs. Even the little docking station provided is adequate. I didn’t pay a ton for the laptop, so it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles I would like (but don’t really need). It is getting the job done so far.

Title: Didn’t last a month – I hope that’s a fluke
Review: Right now…not happy. Worked fine…for a few weeks. Recieved on 11/18, been dead since Monday 12/8. No event, just wouldn’t power on for Monday fun. It decided to not power on and only flash the CAPS LOCK button. No removable battery. No specific support references for THIS model. Good luck finding that as anything other than a “possible hardware issue”. Good luck getting support from HP on their website; it’s like they hide the button to open a ticket, while telling you there is still ~6 months of warranty on your device. I’ve worked in IT for over 35 years. I have opened and fixed hundreds of laptops; this one I am afraid of damaging and not getting a refund if that’s the path. It’s doesn’t have to be this hard. I can’t day this is on the seller; unfortunately, this seems to be an HP “budgetary device” thing. Don’t sell devices that won’t sustain for the first month, then don’t hide the warranty information so the user can’t declare a warranty fix. Not happy right now…only because of the support inconvenience. Technology things happen. It shouldn’t be a “where’s Waldo?” to find support options.

Review: This has been a lovely purchase! We just needed a computer for home to replace our old and VERY slow and lagging laptop. We just use it for continuing education for our jobs, homework, and I do some writing on it. We aren’t gamers so I could not attest to if it would be a good computer for that. The graphics are great and it is very quick! Love that it comes with lifetime Microsoft office. Super easy to set up and the battery seems to be doing well, but we’ve only had it for a month! The price was fantastic compared to other options as well! We were missing the earbuds that were supposed to come with it and I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement pair as well! Happy with quality of laptop AND the quality and speed of customer support!
