Title: Great Laptop. Large Display. SS USB ports.
Review: My son, an aspiring recording artist, loves this laptop. Good size display for a laptop as well the SS USB ports needed to connect his recording interface. Music-processing wise? Flawless! So far, so good, as well super fast (overnight) shipping. Might have to get one for myself.

Title: Died One Day After Arrival and Set Up UPDATE: MY ERROR
Review: The laptop arrived on 1/6/25. On 1/7/25, it’s sitting here like a paperweight. No light, no sound. Died right in the middle of browsing, even with the power source plugged in.UPDATE: Problem was due to a bad power strip. In actuality, the computer is very good. Large screen, crisp display.

Title: Mostly Happy
Review: So far, mostly good. Does not have a document program and the free one I’ve been using was not compatable with this version of Windows. Love the lit keyboard. I had problems with the touch pad, ( changed the set up multiple times to no avail),so I’m using an external mouse. Of course I think it was over priced.

Title: Great laptop for the money
Review: Gave this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. So far pages load quickly. Great features like touch screen, backlight keyboard. The only con so far was configuring the finger reader. It is very difficult to set it for some reason. Not a big deal since I set her up with Microsoft Authenticator app to log in. Overall great laptop and huge screen

Title: Great computer for my small home business
Review: I bought this computer to use with my small home crafting business. Works great for Cricut design space and so much more. Holds many files without slowing down. The battery is not the best, have to keep it plugged up, but that has been the case with every laptop I’ve ever had!

Title: HP computers from Amazon (resellers)
Review: This computer came late and did not work out of the box, no hard disk found error. HP blamed their reseller claiming they are reconfiguring (upgrading) these and it makes them not work, that it’s a known issue with resellers on Amazon. But they are reselling HP products and are probably authorised resellers? Amazon gave me a $50 gift certificate without being asked for the computer being screwed up and the delivery was more screwed up I was waiting for delivery at 8pm and the Amazon website was saying the computer was still coming but UPS had not managed to even get it on the truck. The HP tech in India somewhere advised me to tell my friends not to buy HP product from resellers on Amazon, ok cool thanks. The Amazon customer service guy tried to talk me into dealing with the seller. He wanted me to wait 24 – 48 hours to get a shipping label to return it to the seller. I kept him on the phone and returned it through the website. Why should I have to go through the inconvenience of dealing with a 3rd party seller when I bought the thing from Amazon? It’s really hard to believe this nonsense. I’m sitting here with nothing. Nobody offered to get me the computer I was trying to buy. I spent two days with my schedule completely screwed up waiting for delivery and in the end I got a defective package. Now I guess I get to start over but I don’t have the energy. I thought I got this taken care of finally but I got a mess instead. I’m a prime member and I’ve been one for a long time which means I’m paying for the privilege

Title: Touch screen and backlit keyboard is a must!!
Review: I had a 17 inch HP laptop that I am replacing. It served me well for 7 years. That’s why I bought a similar model. I like the touch screen and backlit keyboard. So far, it is performing very well. I would recommend this laptop if you like a larger screen.
