Title: Milestones to enjoy for years(not for gamers)
Review: Very cool laptop in my journeys to the happiness, supper fast like a lightning spark as smooth as it can while fingerprint is my most favorite thing to unlock it in 1 second and FHD screen clear enough to surf every task without tensing my eyes.

Title: Fingerprint Reader Is 🗑️
Review: It’s a pretty decent work laptop, but if you’re getting it for the fingerprint reader keep looking. The reader is very small, even for my small hands, and always fails to recognize my fingerprint. I eventually get frustrated and just use my PIN, which defeats the purpose. The battery life is good as long as you don’t use the backlit keyboard. I get about 5 hours with constant use and full screen brightness.

Title: Will not purchase computer electronics from Amazon or this seller again!
Review: This computer did not arrive with HP paper work showing it was a new computer. Instead it had a check list of items checked by the seller, that a technician had completed. After start up and initial Microsoft set up, it locked me out and asked for a “BitLocker” password which I did not have. The seller did not respond to calls for questions. I was able to use bios to enter the “wipe and restart” function and was able to reload windows 11, but it will not take my Microsoft office 2013 programs as it wants me to purchase Microsoft 360 at 110.00 per year. My other computer with windows 11 on it accepted my Microsoft office suit of programs. After transferring files the computer worked ok. 2 days later all the files disappeared (my wife was operating the computer when that happened so…) I reloaded files and it works but I still cannot use it for all intended uses as I can not load Microsoft Office files on it. Will not buy form this seller or Amazon again for any computer related items as amazon also refused to help until I contacted the seller which I was unable to do.

Title: No audio driver installed
Review: Only three stars because I have yet to actually use this laptop. When I started the laptop, the volume was disabled. I am not very tech savvy but was on a mission to make it work since I really liked this laptop. Went on you tube to see if I could find video to fix the problem. My laptop said the audio driver was NOT installed on this computer so I went through several processes to install the audio driver and enable the volume to work. Took some time but I can pat myself on the back for making it work.

Title: Lighting fast!
Review: This machine is so fast! Its a huge improvement over my old one, which had an older chip and less memory. I already had OneDrive, so moving from old to new laptop was very easy. Screen is crisp and clear. And I like the Rose Gold color, a nice change from black. I’ve been using about a month, and am very happy with it!
