Title: I’m not going through steps to obtain MS Office License Key. Too intrusive.
Review: **Update**The issue was resolved and I was able to get the license key from the seller. Maybe more steps than I should have needed to do, but the product, as advertised was excellent and the price was extremely competitive. Great deal!**Original review **A great price, but when it came time to getting the Microsoft Office bundle, they have left a business card inside the box with a QR code on it. As opposed to what they advertise, Office is NOT pre-installed. When you call the number on the business card, the phone rings about 30 times, then the message says “memory is full, enter the remote access code”. Obviously this is a fake business number. Why is this allowed to continue?I’m a bit hesitant about the security, or lack thereof, of blindly following QR codes, but I did so just to see the offer. Next thing you know, a Powershell window opened up, ran a script and there I was logged into a Chinese web server with the WowPC information on it, asking me to follow more steps.This is highly suspicious to me, and I wonder why they weren’t able to supply me with a license key in a less intrusive manner. Who knows what was installed briefly on my laptop. It went too fast to see. So I ran a Get-History PowerShell command. Nothing. Then I checked a Get-History against all accounts, and there was nothing. So it looks like whatever command was entered to take me to that Chinese server was wiped clean.Not as good a deal as I thought it was. I’d love to hear from the seller about this, or from WowPC about why they make it so difficult to get a code. Why isn’t this automatically entered into my Amazon subscriptions?Something suspect here.

Title: Something not right with this computer
Review: This computer is more of a hassle than anything. It errors during windows security patches and when trying to fix it has now locked me fully out. Cannot access in safe mode or anything. It doesn’t recognize the admin account for rights to fix. Beware

Title: Laptop great! Microsoft Office Not so Much!
Review: This is an excellent laptop and everything is as described, however, the Microsoft Office Software that is included to me falls short of previous versions. It is an online version that to me is so different that it’s frustrating to do things that were once very intuitive.
