Title: perfect delivery and smooth transition with laptop
Review: Laptop arrived on time and was packaged perfectly. The shipper paid special attention and made sure i was not charged twice and I only received one laptop and not two because I made a mistake with CC to be used.I am very impressed and super happy with the attention to detail from shipper. Title: Perfect for personal and business needs – Love the wide screen and USB ports
Review: I am very happy with this purchase. I ordered it during 2025 Prime Days and surprisingly it was delivered overnight with no extra fee. I use this for both personal and business purposes and this meets all my needs. I love the wide screen, the 10-key on the keyboard and having the USB ports to add devices (external hard drive, CD reader, flash drives, etc.). I’m not a gamer, so I can’t speak to its speed etc. for gaming.Set up was fairly easy. Windows 11 was preloaded, I just needed to do all the updates and then download (install) Microsoft Office linked to my existing subscription.This is a great value for the price!

Title: hard crash
Review: Edited Review: Worked fine for a couple months and then broke down/crashed just a couple weeks after the return period ended with Amazon. However, finally reached HP Support and they were EXCELLENT. They fixed the computer remotely and it’s working smoothly. Previously took the computer shop and they said this was a refurbished item and it looked like it had been worked on (not sure I trusted this analysis). My review is now 4 stars because I had problems while the computer was new. HP support gets 5 stars, and why I recommend a HP computer.

Title: Don’t purchase..
Review: I purchased this laptop and after calling HP I learned that the warranty has already expired. I was also informed that this laptop is a product that is not supposed to be sold in the US. just be aware if something happens to this laptop HP will not be able to help you because there is no warranty and it is not supposed to be sold in the US.

Title: Disappointing Performance: Poor Display and Camera Quality
Review: It’s really disappointing.The display on this HP Laptop fails to meet expectations, and the camera has a low resolution, resulting in grainy images and subpar performance in low-light conditions. The seller should certainly make potential buyers aware of these issues.
