Title: Awesome laptop that performs well for the price! It looks amazing too!
Review: Super impressed with the build quality of the laptop and speed. It looks very nice and performs just as well. This Snapdragon X (ARM) laptop is not an Intel or AMD machine and I was worried about software compatibility. I’m not a gamer so I use this for home and business productivity and have had no issues. The screen is fantastic. It’s an OLED screen that’s super bright. It’s not a touch screen, but who likes to smudge up their screen. The keyboard is lighted. I was also worried if I could hook up another display because it’s not a Thunderbolt display pc but I have a Dell dock and it charges, provides wired connectivity, and my two monitors work! I’m really impressed with this laptop. The battery life is great so far.

Title: No regrets (usually I have them after any tech purchases)
Review: Straight to the point, I hope you like the format: Overall, my favorite new toy, great value for the money.Pro:- some reviews mentioned making sure you turn the computer off each night or it heats up. I’ve had this computer for over a month and I have not experienced this. every morning, i get my coffee and sit down and the machine is cool as a cucumber.- facial recognition. (remember to set it up from the position you will be using the computer. I.e. I set mind up standing up and leaning forward, not thinking this would have have any negative impact but it does; so set down and make sure the distance of your face to the computer is where you want it)- Light, can easily care it while open with fingers (vs full palm control)- easy set up. Follow the instructions and was able to synch everything and ready to use in less than 1 hour- Nice and bright- Backlight for typing at night- great for personal use and work but NOT for heavy gaming- link other personal devices like mobile phones to this computerCons:- only 1 USB type C drive (this is the rectangular shaped one). BOOOO- only 2 USB type A drive (this is the new charger small oval shaped one).- no other ports- does not have touch screen (I don’t mind it but if that is a must, do not get this computer)- not for heavy gamersHope this helps

Title: LOTS of (non-technical) answers in this review including: This model comes with a backlit keyboard!
Review: I’m giving this four stars only because it did not come with a touchscreen which should be a standard in any laptop these days, regardless of price. That is a personal gripe, not anything wrong with this computer. It is advertised without a touchscreen so you get what is in your package and nothing more. That being said, everything in the ad was correct, although some was omitted for no reason. While I only received this a few days ago, I am very happy with the purchase. Here are some answers to questions people may have (like myself that weren’t all addressed on the ad): No, it does not have a touch screen. Yes, the keyboard is backlit (with three settings of brightness). Yes, it only has three ports (2 USB-C, 1 USB-A) plus a 3MM audio headphones jack (buy a USB-C hub with additional ports and carry it along for all your excess accessories). Yes, the speakers are loud enough to hear over a small desk fan and will bug your neighbors on a flight, although the sound quality is not special in any way. Yes, the OLED screen is spectacularly bright (mine was received at 30% which was bright enough to do all the setup – once I turned it up to 100% to watch a film, it was almost too bright — 80% seems to be perfect, although it drains the battery quickly too) — brightness significantly affects battery life (at 100% brightness, my battery was dropping 10% every 20 minutes). At an advertised “34 HOURS of battery life”, that would only be if you’re running your screen around 20% which would be viewable but not ideal). BE AWARE that gorgeous OLED screens can and WILL eventually lead to “burn-in” after a few months so make sure you adjust your settings accordingly (set it to timeout regularly, set a screensaver, close it when not in use, etc…). No, the trackpad is not glass but it is comfortable and responsive and does not feel cheap – although the left/right clicks are audible. Yes, you would probably want to get a wireless/wired mouse (attach it to a separate hub so it doesn’t take up valuable port real estate). Yes, the keys on the keyboard are large and the lettering is VERY large (larger than my standard HP keyboard on both counts FYI – for anyone struggling with eyesight, these are a Godsend). Yes, it came with a 60W power adapter and charging cord (you need an adapter to power your laptop along with a standard USB-C charging cord – you cannot power the laptop with just the cord by itself plugged into the wall). I have no idea how AI works or any logistics on speed/graphic cards/processors/etc… There are plenty of other reviews addressing the good stuff. It is very fast at 16GB/1TBB configuration. The setup was easy – just make sure you have all your Microsoft and Google access info readily available. Everything functions exactly as you would expect and is great value for the money. I purchased it at 24% off and for that money, I think I got a fantastic deal. For what it’s worth: If you need a touchscreen, buy one with a touchscreen or get a scrolling mouse. For a 14″ laptop, this is my new toy and am thrilled to have it. I hope you enjoy yours as well.

Title: Best value in a small windows laptop!
Review: This laptop is a crazy good value. I got it on sale, and I am shocked at the quality of the laptop. The body is metal and a sturdy metal-looking plastic, and it feels like it is of high quality. Not quite Macbook quality, but still up there. There is very little flex in the screen. And get this, it has a beautiful OLED display which is usually found in more expensive laptops. The resolution is average for the segment, but it’s only a 14 inch laptop. It’s quick, the sound and mic are very adequate, and the camera is too. The touchpad is not haptic, and it has a touch of rattle in it (my only complaint). It’s a minor issue. I know it’s a Snapdragon, and most will stick their nose up at that. I’m probably never buying an Intel/AMD laptop again. It’s quick and the battery life is about 4 times that of my Dell XPS 13. Runs cool unless you really push it. It easily connected to my printer, scanner, USB-C docking station, and external camera. It is reasonable to check to make sure you don’t have any anticipated incompatibilities before you buy, but it you don’t then it’s great. Absolute steal!!!!
