Title: Easy to set up
Review: So far so good. Very easy to set up, I replaced a 10 year old HP laptop. I am 74 years old, I wasn’t born with a computer up my ass. I use it for emails, writing HOA reports and ordering from Amazon, very responsive. Beautiful optics, light weight, easy to use, priced right.

Title: Disgusted ! No Audio
Review: Comments:2 weeks after receiving my laptop, audio started fading and going out! I have troubleshooting with Amazon and my nephew who is a IT Expert…Still no audio and I was trying to do everything I possibly could to keep this one. But unfortunately I need this replaced because it’s not beneficial or unable to hear anything because NO AUDIO, Defective product..thank you need a replacement, please

Title: Nice laptop
Review: I love my laptop. Just wish windows wasn’t being greedy and making you pay for everything that comes with the laptop already. Constantly have it updates, though, which is pretty annoying and sometimes it doesn’t automatically connect to my Wi-Fi and the screen gets a little dirty, even though I barely take it anywhere and the charge on it isn’t really good because it dies fairly quickly, even though I only use it for maybe an hour or two.

Title: Used laptop thought it was new
Review: I did notice that this was a refurbished laptop, as far as appearance, few scratches on the top of the laptop, but the important thing is how are the functions… I assumed when I purchased the laptop that it came with windows .. but I am learning the functionality, most of all im hoping that as I get customized with the laptop that i definitely experience the smooth operation of the computerOverall great price for the laptop
